Liz has lived in Pittsburgh for over 15 years and originally moved to Pittsburgh from Oregon to attend Carnegie Mellon University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She became a realtor as a young mother. Finding the right home for her family was very important, and she loves having the opportunity to help other families have a positive experience as well.

I love PA and more importantly the Pittsburgh area! I was born in PA, and even after my family moved when I was 3, we were back at least 2-4 times a year. I fell in love with the culture, the views and with Pirates Baseball. I am an avid fan even when they are disappointing me. I grew up in the Chesapeake Bay area of Virginia (Hampton and Yorktown more specifically) and lived there for well over 25 years. I have a double bachelors degree from Radford University in Marketing and Management. I worked for several years as a Marketing Director for a large franchisee of a national restaurant chain and hone my skills in understanding customer needs and satisfaction. I moved back to the region when I decided to attend the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. My MBA concentration is in marketing and strategy, with a focus on data analytics. I began my career in real estate when I realized I had an opportunity to help clients begin to think of the buying process as an experience. I love the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers to find their perfect home. In my free-time, I am a fitness fan (Orange Theory Fitness addict), enjoy the outdoors, trying to new restaurants (also a big nacho fan and highly recommend Hal's or Hemingway's) and spending time with my family.
Contrary to media reports, home values in Pittsburgh are steady - far above the national average. In fact, locally our average sales price has increased over last year. If your are thinking of selling your home there is really no better time and no better place than Western Pennsylvania.
We would be happy to show you what your home is worth in today's market.
